Warehouse FLT Operative
Location: Dudley (Soon relocating from Dudley to a brand-new, purpose-built facility in Worcester)
All candiates must be able to commute to both locations due to facotry move.

Our client is relocating from Dudley to a brand-new, purpose-built facility in Worcester and are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse FLT Operatives to become part of their team. This is a fantastic time to join the business, as you'll play a key role in supporting their growth and transition into this state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures. Ensure products are packed securely and labeled correctly.
2. Product Movement: Safely move products from the production area to the warehouse using FLT, ensuring correct documentation and accurate stock levels.
3. Stock Accuracy: Ensure that stock received from production matches the paperwork and is stored in the correct location within the warehouse. Report discrepancies immediately to supervision.
4. Loading & Dispatch: Confirm transport details for outgoing orders, ensuring accurate paperwork and correct product handling. Follow all dispatch procedures for both dedicated and next-day collections.
5. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Skills & Requirements
6. Understanding of warehouse systems, commercial invoicing, transport processes, and production orders.
7. 2 tonne Reach Truck & 3 tonne Counterbalance licence (essential)
8. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong computer literacy is essential for managing warehouse systems and documentation.
9. Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, team-oriented approach. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Salary: £14.84 per hour
Hours of Work -
Pattern One - Monday to Tuesday 7am - 3:30pm / Friday 7am - 2:30pm
Pattern Two - Monday 11:30am - 7pm / Tuesday to Friday 10:30am - 7pm
