We are currently looking for a Quarry Supervisor to join our friendly team based in our Tarmac Hendre Quarry in Mold, Flintshire. As well as Hendre and Mold, this site is easily accessible from Buckley, Ruthin, Wrexham, Ellesmere Port, Flint and the surrounding areas.

Role Responsibility
Reporting directly to the Section Manager, the Quarry Supervisor will assist in the day to day safe running of a busy quarry. You will also be responsible for:
1. Operating fixed and mobile plants
2. Administrative and compliance duties
3. Using computer systems (Fortek, SAP, Excel and similar platforms)
4. Housekeeping tasks and general maintenance assisting the fitting team
5. Adhering to Health and Safety policies and procedures and encouraging others to do so
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Quarry Supervisor will have previous experience of working within a quarry environment or similar. Suitable candidates for Quarry Supervisor will also:
6. Have loading shovel and processing plant operational experience
7. Have excellent communication and organisational skills
8. Be able to liaise with stakeholders of varying seniority levels
9. Be motivated
10. Be able to work independently and as part of a team
11. Be IT literate (ability to use required computer system)
12. Be flexible in their working approach
