We are recruiting a Housing Disrepair Team Leader based in Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone passionate about their work, service, and achieving the best results for clients.
Responsibilities include overseeing a team handling pre and post litigated housing disrepair cases. Experience in Personal Injury is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
* Managing capacity and workload distribution.

About You:

* Previous housing disrepair experience is essential.

* Confident in working to targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
* Providing high-level client care.
