Forest School Leader – Early Years Nursery

We're looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and adventurous Forest School Leader who can bring the magic of nature to life for our children. Must be committed to outdoor learning and nature-based education, delivering engaging, high-quality outdoor learning experiences for children aged 2–5
Must hold Level 3 forest School, working across sites, full or part time hours, £16ph.
Your mission:
· Turn woodlands into wonderlands
· Make learning exciting, messy, and full of giggles
· Help children grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity
· Lead magical outdoor sessions where nature is the classroom
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, deliver, and evaluate Forest School sessions
· Promote children's holistic development through outdoor learning
· Support confidence, independence, and teamwork in children
· Ensure safe, stimulating, and inclusive outdoor environments
· Work closely with colleagues and parents to enhance the nursery's curriculum

Essential Criteria:
· Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification
· Experience working with young children in early years or primary education
· Strong knowledge of outdoor learning principles and child development
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
· A passion for outdoor education and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
