3. Supporting teams to embed policy into day‑to‑day operations, frameworks and ways of working.
4. Providing expert advice and guidance on policy compliance, governance and assurance.
5. Coordinating policy impact assessments, approvals and change communications.
6. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.
What you’ll bring:
7. Strong experience developing, reviewing and managing policy within a complex organisation.
8. Knowledge of public sector or NHS policy environments and associated governance requirements.
9. Ability to analyse complex information and present it clearly for different audiences.
10. Experience supporting policy implementation and operational embedding.
11. Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
12. A structured, detail‑focused approach with the ability to balance governance and practicality.
13. Experience working within the NHS or wider public sector.
