About the Role
As ECT Maths Teacher, you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that build pupils’ confidence, fluency and reasoning. You will be supported to deliver a well-sequenced curriculum that develops:
* Secure mathematical foundations through clear explanation and modelling
* Fluency and accuracy through purposeful practice and regular retrieval
* Reasoning skills through structured questioning and guided problem-solving
* GCSE confidence through deliberate practice, feedback and consistent routines
