The END. Store on Ingram Street has established itself as the premier destination for cutting-edge sportswear, leading Japanese brands, contemporary menswear, and luxury collections in the region. Spanning 3 floors and representing over 250+ brands, we seek an ambitious and energetic individual, experienced in troubleshooting, problem solving, motivating, and developing a diverse team, supporting a dynamic and forward-thinking Store Manager.
We need an energetic and ambitious Service Advisor who understands luxury fashion and lifestyle to support our store over the Christmas period. You will engage with customers, develop potential customers, and build upon the existing customer base, exceeding customer and company expectations at every level.
What you'll be doing:
* Networking with the END. customer base, developing new and existing relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Supporting the store team in maximizing sales and enhancing the company profile.
* Exhibiting exemplary service techniques to drive service excellence as a standard.
* Supporting store operations by understanding all services and procedures.
* Maintaining product and merchandising standards, replenishing stock, and following visual merchandising guidelines.
* Sharing in-depth product knowledge and industry insights with customers.
* Handling financial transactions professionally and accurately.
What you'll be able to demonstrate:
* Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within luxury fashion or a related industry.
* Ambition to grow within the retail sector.
* Sociable and charismatic, with the ability to engage with diverse customer types.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
