Job Summary
We are lloking for a new colleague to join our small Team of 4 HR consultants
The provision of day to day HR and administrative support to the Clients of HRSC. Including a broad range of general HR responsibilities and general administration. Candidate will be required to demonstrate competence in a broad range of HR activities, IT literacy, administrative and organisational skills.
HR Duties
· Working with local, and national Clients both private and public sector, to provide HR Resource
· Including:
· Recruitment and Selection
· Preparation and issue of Contracts and Handbooks
· Disciplinary and Grievance advice
· Absence management and liaison with OH
· · Training and Development- preparation
· Provision of telephone and face to face support
·· On site support and advice is a reasonable percentage of the role
Administration and Office duties
· · Maintenance of Client HR records
· Preparation of letters, emails, contracts
·· Telephone support for clients
· Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
