We're working with a welcoming primary school in Brislington to recruit compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants who thrive in inclusive, nurturing, and dynamic learning environments.


?? Your Role Will Include:


* Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
* Supporting pupils with communication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities



?? What We're Looking For:


* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) - highly desirable
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential
