Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Selby, North Yorkshire who are looking for someone who is looking to develop their accounts and finance experience as a Finance Administrator.
The Role
Are you organised, detail-driven, and happiest when everything balances just right? We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join a friendly finance team of five. Working alongside another Finance Administrator, you’ll rotate through key financial tasks – so no two days are the same. From managing ledgers to supporting smooth payments and keeping our accounts in shape, you’ll play a vital part in making sure the numbers add up behind the scenes of our busy manufacturing site.
What You’ll Be Doing
Processing purchase invoices and preparing timely payment runs
Managing sales invoices and credit notes
Being the go-to contact for suppliers and colleagues with invoice queries
Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier/customer accounts
Supporting credit control and chasing outstanding debts
Maintaining accurate records in SAP (full training provided)
Supporting ad-hoc finance tasks to keep the team running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Experience in finance/accounts administration (manufacturing background is a bonus)
SAP knowledge would be great – but training is provided
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A natural organiser who thrives on juggling multiple priorities
Great communicator – confident with colleagues and suppliers alike
Positive team player with a proactive attitude
