The Opportunity An opportunity has become available to join the UPA team for an Administration Assistant at Woodlands Lodge Wallsend. The role of the Administration Assistant is to support residents and staff, attend incoming calls and assist visitor inquiries whilst providing high level administration assistance to the Facility Manager. It is required for the successful applicant to possess exceptional customer service experience and the ability to provide effective and efficient administrative support in accordance with company policies, procedures and regulatory standards within an age care facility setting.
