Field Care supervisor(FCS- ORM)> Posted 25 June 2025 Reference FCS- ORM Salary £30,000 - £30,160/annum Location England North West England Lancashire Ormskirk Job type Contract At Beluga Rox we are seeking a highly motivated Field Care Supervisor to join our clients Ormsirk branch (and surrounding areas) team and play a key role in our mission to provide outstanding care to our clients. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will work closely with carers out in the field (surrounding areas of Ormskirk) and alongside the Registered Manager. You will be the main point of contact for both staff and clients, providing support, supervision, and mentorship, as well as ensuring the highest standards of care delivery and client satisfaction. Role and Responsibilities: Supervision and mentorship of staff, including undertaking spot checks on care workers in the field Completing competency checks and supporting the delivery of high-quality care at all times Completing service reviews by visiting clients to ensure the smooth running of our care services Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the clients we support and their families Assisting with the creation of carers' and clients' weekly rotas to support business development Providing hands-on care in accordance with best practices, policies, and procedures Participating in on-call duties for our emergency out-of-hours service on a shared rota basis Working every other weekend as part of your contracted hours Requirements: Minimum 12 months experience in a care role NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle A passion for care and supporting others, with strong communication and organisational skills What's in it for you: Contracted salary of £30,160 per year Mileage contribution of £0.35 per mile Weekly pay - paid every Friday Ongoing career development with clear progression opportunities Blue Light Card offering hundreds of discounts after 6 months of service Carer of the Month awards and ongoing recognition 24/7 support from your local team Free mental wellbeing support available 24/7 Ready to take the next step in your care career?
