We’re looking for a Sales & Fundraising Manager to lead partnership acquisition and revenue generation for Bee Smart, our flagship financial literacy initiative for children.
This is a short-term contract with massive OTE potential in a tested and highly responsive market. You’ll be backed by a strong marketing and creative team to support your outreach, pitches, and sales content. If you have a solid book of contacts or sponsorship sales experience, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute outreach and sponsorship sales strategy to secure new partners.
* Pitch directly to brands, corporates, grant-makers and funders aligned with education, CSR, and social impact.
* Use your relationship management skills to build long-term revenue pipelines.
* Leverage creative support (pitch decks, social content, video, artwork) from our internal team.
* Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads with clear goals and targets.
* Help shape partnership packages and pricing strategy alongside the founders.
* Maintain CRM/data tracking for pipeline and reporting.
Ideal Profile
* Strong background in sales, partnerships or fundraising, especially in educational, CSR or sponsorship settings.
* Confident communicator with experience closing mid–large partnerships.
* Strategic thinker who enjoys planning and executing end-to-end sales campaigns.
* Bonus: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Raiser’s Edge or CRM equivalents.
* Hungry, proactive, and excited by high upside and creative purpose
