Technical Service Executive
Location: Tamworth
Pay: £13.28 per hour
Overtime: £19.92 per hour (after 37.5 hours)
Hours: 5 days over 7 | Between 08:00 - 20:00 (Mon-Sat) and 09:00 - 17:00 (Sunday)
Flexibility required - weekly rotating shifts
The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for a Technical Service Executive. This is a busy customer service role involving technical support and service coordination.
Job Role
* Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls
* Managing equipment breakdown queries
* Processing parts orders
* Dealing with customer complaints
* Working to achieve first-time resolution targets
* Supporting service level agreements and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Reduce resolution times and operational costs through effective call handling
* Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers
* Maintain high standards of service delivery
* Work flexibly across a rotating shift pattern
* Support continuous improvement in customer service processes
