Sales Director | Printed Folded Cartons | East Anglia & Southeast UK | Up to £100k plus bonus & car

Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing a robust sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives, expanding the geographical focus of the company
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target sectors and emerging markets including Food Beverage Cosmetics and Nutrition
* Leading and motivating the sales and customer service teams to achieve and exceed targets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, managing personally the company’s 2 largest accounts
* Overseeing and managing tenders, proposals and contract negotiations with a focus on value-based selling and customer excellence across the sales function
Key attributes required
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the packaging industry
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and manage a high-performing sales team
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
* Demonstrated success in developing new business and building long-term client partnerships
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and strong problem-solving capabilities
