We are currently for a night shift Supervisor to manage our team of cleaners. Must be willing to attend an interview on site W14 postcode Cleaning Background and CV is a must with references Excellent English understanding Able to Lead a Team in Exhibition Cleaning 7pm to 7am but can also be a flexible worker on a permanent basis. Start at £13.00 after 13 weeks if successful salary may increase. Only apply if you meet the needs of the requested skills. Roles to include Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure effective customer service and client satisfaction. Carry out regular cleaning inspections, address areas where cleaning standards do not meet required standards. Work closely with day supervisors in reporting a handover each night to ensure cleaning standards are maintained. Monitor timekeeping and attendance within the night team. Escalate any concerns to the Contract Manager. Ordering of cleaning consumables and uniforms. Undertake any necessary duties and requests by the Venue Team. To ensure all Venue Health & Safety procedures are followed and challenge any activity not followed, escalate any concerns to Contract Manager training will be provided. Monitor compliance with Risk Assessments. Ensure that Cleaning Operatives, under your responsibility receive suitable induction training and information for emergency procedures. Assist Contract Manager with investigation and reporting of accidents/ incidents. Ability to communicate at all levels, with good written and spoken English. Basic IT skills is essential. Flexible and proactive attitude essential to ensure all tasks are completed at the end of shift. Experience of coordinating a range of tasks and individuals. Positive can-do attitude. Any skills you may have certified First Aid, H&S. Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
