The Role:
We are looking for specialists in Maths, English, and Science (Primary and Secondary) to:
* Create personalized, engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles.
* Support students with diverse needs, including SEN, LAC (Looked After Children), or those currently disengaged from mainstream education.
* Track progress and celebrate lightbulb moments using our internal reporting tools.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure every child has a holistic support system.
What Youll Bring:
* Experience: A background in 1:1 tutoring or working within inclusion units/alternative provisions.
* Empathy: The ability to build meaningful relationships with students who may have undiagnosed SEN or educational trauma.
* Communication: Adaptable, inspirational, and tech:savvy (with your own laptop/broadband for potential online sessions).
* Integrity: A commitment to safeguarding and KCSIE guidelines.
