An opportunity has arisen for a 12‑month fixed term or secondment to work as a Development Support Officer within the Assurance and Development team, supporting service development and assurance activity across Children and Families.
This role provides practical project and programme support to managers and workstream leads, helping to keep projects organised, coordinated, and delivered to agreed timescales.

Key aspects of the role include:
7. supporting the coordination and delivery of service development and assurance activity
8. supporting the coordination of responses for Freedom of Information Requests
9. supporting the monitoring and action of various mailboxes such as Child Friendly Warwickshire
10. Supporting Children & Families governance
11. maintaining documentation, templates, and version control
12. tracking actions, risks, issues, and reporting deadlines
13. preparing reports, briefings, and presentations
14. supporting data collection and analysis
15. providing reliable administrative support that enables projects to progress
