Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual looking for a future in coordination, communications and events.
The postholder will support the work of NICE�s busy communication directorate. �This includes the provision of personal administrative services for the communications director and operational support for the wider directorate, including administrative support for meetings, committees, and key cross-directorate projects.�
In particular, the postholder will work closely with the strategic communications team to support the effective delivery of communication activities including both virtual and in-person events.
Interviews are proposed to be held at the end of May.
Job description
The key duties for this role are:
� � �Service delivery and support with planning and delivery of events
� � �Line management and deputising for the communications business support manager as required.
� � �Administration of training and developing sessions/workshops
� � �Provide a professional and positive first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and visitors
We are looking for someone who has proven experience of working as a coordinator or equivalent in an administrative role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and thorough attention to detail. �Someone that can effectively work with people at all levels both inside and outside of NICE, who has a flexible attitude to the working environment and ability to work as part of a team.
