We are a well-established, family-run independent estate agency with a strong local reputation for excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our busy office team.
This is a varied role combining office administration with customer service and property-based duties, ideal for someone who enjoys both desk work and being out and about.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries
* Booking property valuations and viewings
* Managing diaries and appointments
* Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants/buyers
* Carrying out property inspections
* General office administration and paperwork
* Updating property listings and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
* Previous administration, office, or customer service experience preferred
* Confident communication and professional telephone manner
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
* Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, property software training provided)
* Must have own car and a full clean driving licence (essential)
