Hours: 39 hours per week – Days.

Your Role
* Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
* Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
* Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
* Make leisure and social activities part of every day
* Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
* Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent desirable)
* Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
* Team player who values collaboration
* Kindness and genuine interest in older people
* Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
