We’re working with a global entertainment company to find a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support their Nonfiction Content team in London.
This is a fast-paced and varied role supporting a busy creative team. You’ll be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being the go-to person, and can keep things running smoothly while juggling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing complex and ever-changing calendars
* Scheduling internal and external meetings, including with creative talent and production partners
* Coordinating meeting logistics and technical set-ups
* Organising domestic and international travel
* Processing expenses and supporting general administration
* Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Collaborating with assistants across international teams
* Supporting ad‑hoc projects such as presentations, offsites, and team events
* Liaising with high‑profile talent and coordinating partner gifting
About You
* Previous experience supporting senior executives or teams in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience within TV, media, or entertainment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator able to manage multiple priorities
* Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
