Job Description
PE Global is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for a leading multi-oil and gas client based in Manchester. This is an initial 9-month contract position offering flexible hours and a hybrid working option after training. Pay Rate: £12.21 - £14.55 depending on experience.
Duties of the Role / Responsibilities
1. Oversee the customer interface process relating to business and business issues.
2. Work closely with internal resources and customers to resolve issues.
3. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to coordinate efficient and timely resolutions.
4. Provide and coordinate outstanding customer service.
5. Utilise the company CRM system to raise cases and actions.
6. Bring about product / service problem resolution by clarifying the customer's complaint, ascertaining the cause of the problem, and expediting corrective actions.
7. Handle returns from customers (non-service related) and report back to customers through the appropriate channels.
8. Prepare report analysis of the previous day’s complaints received and deliver to the business.
Education / Experience
* Strong customer service experience, ideally in oil and gas or a related industry.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Experience handling complaints.
