Checkable references are essential. Responsibilities: Providing expert newborn care and guidance to parents. Establishing and maintaining age-appropriate routines (feeding, sleep, settling). Supporting the mother’s recovery and overall postnatal wellbeing within your remit. Monitoring and recording feeds, sleep, output, and general progress as required. Sterilising equipment and maintaining excellent hygiene standards. Preparing bottles and supporting feeding approaches as directed by the parents/medical guidance.
