Training Administrator
We’re currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to join our team based in Buckingham.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for provision of diligent and methodical administrative support to the training and onboarding team. You will be working closely with the onboarding team to present a professional first point of contact for all persons joining the EKFB project. You will assist with delegates at registration upon arrival at the induction centre based near Silverstone.
Key part of this role is to support the day to day running of the induction centre and wider teams through varied administrative support. You will be responsible for administration of training requests and answering/responding to telephone enquiries and managing the induction email inbox. You will be responsible for provision of excellent customer service both face to face and via email/telephone to internal and external stakeholders and delegates.
Additionally, you will work efficiently and accurately even during busy periods and collaborate with other members of the Training and onboarding team in a wide variety of tasks providing support to Facilitators and the wider department. You will also respond positively to changing business circumstances and be able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
About You
* Strong data and information handling skills.
* Highly organized, able to work within a team and be flexible.
* Proficient use of MS Office.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Accuracy of work and attention to detail.
* Experience of handling personal data and working with learning management systems is desirable.
