Support Worker (Waking Nights) - Fitzwilliam Close, Woodbridge
32 per hour; £At Fitzwilliam Close, we provide a range of support to our tenants in ways that recognises individuality and the right of all our residents to dignity choice and respect. To support tenants to have their voices heard and live their lives as independently within their local communities as they can.
Work as part of a team supporting our tenants to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Depending on an individual needs, be required to provide personal care, use moving and handling equipment, support with medication, and maintaining household tasks.
Be required to maintain appropriate records as per CQC and Orwell's policies and guidance.
Show understanding, imagination, kindness, creativity and willingness to support our tenants to take proportionate risks to achieve positive person-centered outcome.
Meet the night-time support and care needs of our tenants, you will always remain awake and vigilant throughout the night.
