The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who is looking to grow within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of service.
* Supervise front-of-house teams, including Hosts, Waiting, and Bar staff.
* Lead by example on the floor, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
* Assist with training new team members and supporting ongoing staff development.
* Oversee table management and reservations to ensure an efficient service flow.
* Handle guest queries and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally.
* Assist with opening and closing duties, including cashing up and daily reporting.
* Ensure compliance with Food Safety & Hygiene standards.
About You
* Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant environment.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
* Confident communicator with both guests and team members.
* Reliable, motivated, and eager to take on responsibility.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 45 per week
