F&B Shift Lead - Subway - NEC - Birmingham | Full-Time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards.
* Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Deliver excellent customer service in line with Subway UK standards.
* Ensure compliance with UK food safety, health & hygiene, and allergen regulations.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
* Support the store manager with training, coaching, and supporting team members, including new starters.
* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store, including food preparation.
* Support stock control, deliveries, waste reduction.
* Opening and closing the store according to procedures and daily paperwork.
Requirements
* Previous experience in fast-food, retail, or hospitality environment preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
* Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
* Strong organizational and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
* Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards.
As an active role, you must be comfortable with walking and standing during the majority of your shift.
