We collaborate with companies such as AXA Health, Bupa and IWG by providing their employees or private medical insurance policy holders with flexible access to some of the best fitness brands in the UK. In doing so, Hussle creates a thriving ecosystem for both gym goers, gym owners, and companies that promote health and wellbeing. This role will support the ongoing growth of Hussle within the UK employee benefit space, focusing specifically on London.


Responsibilities

* Pipeline Management: manage a pipeline of sales opportunities that need to be qualified, engaged, and signed-up to provide Hussle as an employee benefit at targeted companies
* Client Feedback & Process Optimisation: provide feedback and insights to the business to improve our proposition and optimise the sales process
* Lead Generation & Qualification: carry out lead generation and target company research in assigned regions and sectors, and qualify and convert marketing-generated leads
* Events & Webinars: participate in, and occasionally lead, events and webinars to support lead generation and increase brand awareness
* Sales Pitches: prepare and present customised sales pitches to senior decision makers at target companies


Qualifications

* Location: based in or around London, or possess excellent knowledge of the London corporate landscape
* Sales Experience: proven experience selling employee benefit solutions and packages to HR and Finance teams across companies of all sizes, ideally with additional experience in B2B SaaS sales
* Communication: exceptional communication and presenting skills
* Negotiation: confident handling objections and negotiating good outcomes for all parties
* Closing Skills: strong closing abilities, a commercially sharp mind, and resilience to consistently deliver new business
* Tools: experienced with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
* Industry Knowledge: experience in the health and fitness industry on a professional or personal level (nice-to-have)


Training goal for first 6 months

* Sales Process & CRM: understood the sales process and the use of the key methodologies we use, and confident user of Salesforce
* Territory Planning: built a detailed and approved territory plan for your region
* Events: completed 2 outbound lead generation sales events in your region
* Sales Meetings: aimed to conduct around 5 or more new client meetings per week to actively build and grow your pipeline
* Close Sales: consistently won enough deals to achieve your on-target earnings

* Compensation: earn an OTE between £55,000 and £70,000 p.a., with 70% base salary and 30% variable component
