Alecto Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a trusted name in the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) sector, who are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead their southern operations and drive excellence across both projects and service delivery.
The Opportunity
This is a high-profile management role offering real influence, autonomy, and strategic impact. Working closely with the Southern Operations Director, you will oversee the performance of regional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of revenue and EBITDA targets while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
As Operations Manager you'll be responsible for guiding a talented team of engineers and project professionals, supporting business development, and maintaining the highest standards of operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Southern Operations Director to achieve divisional and company targets
* Lead, motivate, and inspire teams across both BMS Projects and Service divisions
* Drive performance to deliver revenue and EBITDA budgets
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, including oversight of new electrical policies
* Deliver and exceed monthly and annual KPI targets
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
* Ensure best-in‑class customer service and technical excellence across all operations.
What You'll Bring
* Extensive experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), ideally across both Trend and Tridium platforms
* Strong background in managing both Projects and Service delivery teams
* Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L performance
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset
* Passion for building controls, energy efficiency, and operational excellence
