You’ll take ownership of a team of motivated Business Development Managers, driving performance, shaping capability, and directly influencing the continued success of a nationally recognised brand.
🚀 The Role
*
Lead, coach and mentor a team of 4–6 high-performing Business Development Managers
*
Drive the end-to-end sales performance of high-ticket education programmes
*
Oversee national event sales, virtual consultations and pipeline management
*
Deliver against ambitious team targets and performance metrics
*
Conduct daily KPI reviews, pipeline analysis and live coaching sessions
*
Recruit, onboard and develop new sales talent as the team grows
*
Work directly with senior leadership to implement revenue strategy
*
Build a culture of accountability, excellence and high-energy performance
This is a high-impact leadership position suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
📊 Team Performance Expectations

Each rep managing up to 8 sales per month
*
Average order value: £10,000+
*
Equivalent to £160,000+ monthly revenue per rep
*
Annual team performance exceeding £1.9M

Proven B2B Sales Manager with experience leading 4+ salespeople
*
Strong track record managing £3M+ team targets
*
High-ticket sales experience strongly preferred
*
Confident leader with a motivational coaching style

Highly data-driven, competent in CRM systems and forecasting
*
Energetic, ambitious and thrives in a high-growth environment
*
Experience in education, events, training or construction is beneficial but not essential
