About the Role The HLTA role will involve working predominantly across Key Stage 1, with some flexibility to support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 when required. Key responsibilities include: • Delivering phonics interventions and targeted small-group booster sessions • Providing class cover where appropriate • Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment • Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment • Adapting to the needs of different year groups as required Who We’re Looking For • The successful candidate will be: • A confident and experienced HLTA • Comfortable delivering interventions and covering classes • An excellent communicator with a positive, professional approach • Proactive, flexible and solution-focused • Passionate about supporting children to achieve their very best Why work via Teach Now?
