Job title – Reception & Office Administrator (Facilities Support) Location – Winchester SO23 Contract – Temporary, week-by-week cover Hours – Full time 35 hours per week, 8:30am start Monday 9am other days Start Date : ASAP We’re looking for an organised and approachable Reception & Office Administrator to provide short-term, week-by-week temporary cover supporting a busy Facilities Management team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, while keeping the day-to-day office and building operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, telephone and email queries Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring cost efficiency and smooth handling Carry out regular building inspections, reporting or resolving any maintenance, H&S, or supply issues Book and organise meeting spaces and office areas, arranging furniture and hospitality as required Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders when stock is low Support office moves, installations, and other facility-related projects Liaise with contractors and service providers, escalating any issues with quality or delivery Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing shared mailboxes Assist with booking in goods, processing orders and invoices, and receipting deliveries Provide cover for other facilities admin team members as needed What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a reception, office administration or facilities support role Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems quickly Organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable handling visitors and coordinating suppliers or contractors Reliable and flexible, able to provide cover at short notice If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.
