Here at Winner Recruitment, we are working with a leading Service Provider seeking a skilled Technical Supervisor to join their dynamic team and deliver world-class facilities management solutions across multiple sites in the East Midlands.
Responsibilities
1. Manage operations across multiple sites in the East Midlands.
2. Plan daily activities for engineers and manage Health & Safety compliance.
3. Oversee small projects up to £20,000.
4. Maintain daily client interactions to ensure high satisfaction.
5. Ensure engineers comply with health and safety regulations and meet KPIs/SLAs.
6. Provide technical support and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
7. Support engineers by jumping on the tools when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
1. Relevant electrical qualifications such as City and Guilds Electrical Installation & 18th Edition.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and power distribution.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
