Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Maritime for Leidos Europe Limited, reporting to the Head of CRM.
The role primarily manages Team Leidos’ relationship with MOD Maritime customers, including the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, DE&S Maritime Core Delivery, their Delivery Teams, and the Submarine Delivery Agency.
The main responsibilities include understanding and communicating customer concerns, reducing friction, explaining constraints, educating about Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST), managing change, assisting with evolving requirements, and representing customer needs within Team Leidos. The focus is on improving performance and customer satisfaction, emphasizing relationship building based on authenticity, integrity, and trust to ensure effective customer interactions.
The role will expand to become the CRM lead for commodities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team, Commodity Support Services (CSS), Category and Commodity Managers, and Storage, Distribution, and Freight (SDF) Managers to focus on current and future customer requirements, providing Maritime SME expertise as needed.
2. Contribute to the LCST stakeholder management strategy.
3. Engage regularly with stakeholders such as CMO, FLCs, DE&S Domain iLogs, DT Log Staff, DCS Training Staff to understand requirements, address concerns, improve service levels, and enhance operational efficiency.
4. Investigate and communicate issues related to commodity procurement and provision.
5. Present to various courses as requested by stakeholders.
6. Identify and highlight current and future service risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
7. Support the annual customer satisfaction survey and develop action plans based on feedback.
8. Coordinate End-User Conferences, workshops, and Deep Dives to improve service and inform customers of developments.
9. Identify opportunities for contract growth.
10. Assist in developing customer-facing elements of the Support Chain Integration Portal (SCIP) and ensure effective communication through MarComms channels.
11. Provide SME advice for Defence Logistics Framework (DLF)/Support Policy impacting LCST operations.
12. Support delivery of customer satisfaction initiatives and communication plans.
Skills Required
* Degree level education or equivalent
* UK Military background with Defence Logistics Supply Chain experience
* UK driving license and willingness to travel within the UK
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with influencing ability
* High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
* Experience in Maritime Professional Logistics Command or equivalent
Skills Desired
* Established relationships within Front Line Commands (FLC) and DE&S iLogs community
* Leadership experience
Clearance Requirements
* SC clearance required to start and for the role
