We are currently working with a large healthcare organisation in the appointment of an experienced Health & Safety professional. You will lead and manage all aspects of Health & Safety for the organisation, being a subject matter expert in this field reporting to the Executive/Senior Team within the organisation. You will have a pragmatic approach to improving procedures, polices and related practices within Health and Safety in line with relevant legislation and compliance requirements. Have a collaborate and engaging communication style ensuring the provision of competent information and advice on health and safety matters to employees across all services and departments at any level. Play a fundamental role in the design, development and implementation of the organisations current and future Health and Safety Strategy, including developing related training programmes.
