Are you a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a motivated QS or Junior Commercial Manager with around 5 years of experience to join a fast-paced, design-led business delivering bespoke signage and fit-out solutions across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in niche manufacturing, shopfitting, or within a specialist/main contractor setting. You’ll work closely with project managers and production teams to manage and optimise project finances from inception through to final account, playing a vital part in the business’s continued commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment
2. Monitor and manage project costs across multiple contracts
3. Support and lead estimating and tendering activities
4. Liaise with internal teams to report and forecast financial performance
5. Prepare cost/value reconciliations and commercial reports
6. Negotiate variations and ensure timely agreement of accounts
7. Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and tools
8. Ensure compliance with contracts and internal policies
