As Store Manager you will maximise sales, drive efficiencies and achieve performance targets by leading and inspiring your team to be their best. The role is fast‑paced and varied, offering rewarding challenges. Your experience in coaching and motivating a high‑performing team will be crucial to success. Flexible working options are available.
About the Role
* Lead and inspire your team to be their best.

* Take a hands‑on approach to all operational and commercial activities.
* Form part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager, contributing to growth and success of the brand.
* Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate communication to meet business needs.

* Excellent commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience.
* Results‑driven, adaptable to a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
* Strong communicator, calm under pressure, realistic about expectations.
* Problem‑solver who challenges processes and generates innovative ideas.
* Experienced in leading and coaching a high‑performing team and handling people issues.
* Effective multitasker capable of planning, organising and prioritising workload.
