This company works with some of the UK’s largest retail, banking, and commercial organizations to help recover overdue debts and support customers in finding suitable payment solutions.\n\nRole Overview\nAs a Telephone Collections Agent, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to and from customers to discuss and arrange repayment of outstanding debts.
