Bid Co-ordinator Required - Central London - £35,000 - £45,000 DOE - *Experience with InDesign is a must* I'm currently working with a well renowned construction company based in Central London who are looking to recruit a Bid Co-ordinator for their Estimating and Tender team. The candidate will have to have good communication, both over the telephone and via email, be able to work in a high paced environment with tight deadlines. Some experience in putting tenders together would be good, and experience within M&E construction would be highly beneficial. Duties include: - To support and service new business through the full end-to-end proposal process. This includes the preparation and co-ordination of activities related to the pursuit of an opportunity, collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop high scoring responses, the formatting of information into the proposal template and submitting final tender documentation. - Using InDesign to build tenders/proposals that are of high quality, reflecting our company - values.
