Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you prefer to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too and would love to hear from you.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of your shift schedule. As a Shift Leader, you will:

* Assist customers and ensure they leave satisfied
* Identify ways to improve service and coach colleagues
* Support colleagues and ensure a safe working environment
* Understand store performance and assist in operational improvements
* Lead by example and motivate your team
Requirements:
* Be 18 or over
* Support store operations, customer service, and health and safety routines
* Build strong relationships with colleagues
* Communicate clearly and lead in the absence of a manager
* Be adaptable, motivated, and curious about improving service
