Our client, a leading defence organisation is seeking a Senior CommercialManager to provide commercial leadership across complex programmes and bids. This is a critical position where you'll work at the heart of the business, advising on all commercial matters, shaping negotiations, and ensuring robust governance throughout the contract lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Act as the lead commercial advisor across assigned projects, programmes, and bids. 2. Review, negotiate and manage contracts, subcontracts, frameworks and terms & conditions. 3. Provide expert guidance on MOD procurement processes, including DEFCONs and MoD-specific frameworks.
