Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career. You'll build your understanding of business and deliver value to clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high profile, especially in today’s complex economic climate where risk and regulatory issues are under close scrutiny by clients and Regulators.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, governance, and learning coding languages, supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients in prudential regulation, ESG, and insurance risks, offering assurance, deal support, and strategic advice.
* Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with challenges like conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focusing on retail clients, including conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across sectors like asset management, insurance, and banking.
Growth Opportunities: The three-year programme helps develop your expertise in risk management across finance sectors, supporting your pursuit of the FRM certification.
Teams: You will work across teams advising on compliance programmes and integrating sustainability into risk management to benefit society and the environment.
If you are curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
