What you’ll do
* Diagnose faults to repair or replace the equipment that keeps customers enjoying their coffee
* Communicate issues, problems and solutions through escalation points
* Provide first‑class customer service to our partners
Who you are
* An agile worker with experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role
* An efficiency expert ready to keep our equipment operating effectively
* A people person who can stay calm under pressure
Our training
We invest in our Field Service Engineers through a City & Guilds Assured training programme, a world‑class academy and on‑site learning with experienced engineers.
Working pattern
37.5 hours a week, 1 out of every 4 weekends.
