Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep
£11.60 to £12.00 per hour
Full Time: 43.4 hours per week
Plus an annual location allowance of £1200

We’re a leading organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive, and homely living environment for up to six adults from the age of 18. The main house features four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area, and a kitchen/dining area. Additionally, there is a 2-bed self-contained flat. At Rosendale, fun knows no bounds—beach days, cinema trips, and swimming adventures are favourites. The adventure never ends! A day in the life of working at Rosendale includes:
* Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment
* Supporting recreation, outings, and community integration
* Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence, celebrating achievements and milestones
* Working together to tailor support to individual needs
* Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents
* General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation
