This is an energetic team, requiring highly motivated, organised individuals, who are driven by exceeding their targets and providing their customers with an exceptional customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES; Inbound and Outbound sales of a white label branded Conveyancing service to clients on behalf of the countrys leading independent estate agencies. Inbound and outbound sales of clients approaching LIVE / Enact for direct conveyancing services. Build and maintain professional working relationships with our referring estate agency clients, ensuring goals are achieved for both LIVE and our business partners. Proactively manage your own workload, through scheduling your own diary of calls, maintaining service level agreements in place for new referrals allocated to you, providing sufficient notes for other individuals to review and understand the progress of your leads and diary.
