We’re on the lookout for two passionate and experienced Advanced Social Workers to join our dynamic Community Team in beautiful West Devon. What you'll be doing
Based at The Byre, Yealmpton, with hybrid working options (minimum 3 days in-office), you’ll work with individuals aged 17 and above, supporting their journey from transition to older adulthood.
As an Advanced Social Worker, you’ll:
1. Deputise for the Team Manager
2. Chair safeguarding meetings
3. Supervise and mentor colleagues
4. Hold a small but complex caseload
5. Offer expert advice and guidance to the team, demonstrating strong legal literacy and a thorough understanding of statutory duties and social work legislation.

What we’re looking for
6. A qualified and registered Social Worker with experience in adult social care
7. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
8. Confidence in managing complex cases and safeguarding processes
