Trainee Assistant Engineer - Training and Progression
Hinkley Point, Bridgwater
£30,000-£40,000 Basic Salary (£50,000+OTE) + Van + Overtime + Bonuses
Monday - Friday 7:30-4:30
Excellent opportunity for a level 2 qualified engineer, or electrical apprentice to join a successful, rapidly growing company, based on site at Hinkley point, with additional travel to other customer sites, around the UK.
This role is a fantastic mid to entry level position, with a growing company that will offer training and realistic progression opportunities. You must be comfortable with regular travel and staying away from home overnight (additional uplift paid).
The company cover projects within defence, manufacturing and construction and offer long term hire solutions for a wide range of equipment including ventilation systems, dust and fume extractions units and much more.
Within the role you will work closely with the team to assist with the installation, testing, commission, service and repair of their product range. This is a varied role working on a wide range of products to support defence and engineering projects. Full product training is provided as well as a company van and fuel card.

The Role:
*Assisting Site Installations, Breakdowns and repair work
*Assist with carrying out site surveys and reports
*Site based in Hinkley Point with UK travel
*Van and Fuel Card provided
The Candidate:
*Mechanical or Electrical qualification - NVQ Level 2 required
*Full Driving license
*Clear DBS
