Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the occupational therapy team within the neurorehabilitation service. Provide advanced clinical expertise for patients with neurological conditions. Oversee service delivery, ensuring best practice and high-quality patient outcomes. Support staff development through supervision, training, and mentorship. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care. Requirements: HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
