We’re on the lookout for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients, playing a key part in shaping our sales pipeline and business success. What You’ll Be Doing
As a German-speaking SDR, your focus will be on building and nurturing early-stage relationships with prospects. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up opportunities for our Enterprise and Inside Sales teams.
Your daily responsibilities will include:

Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across target markets
*
Conducting multi-channel outreach via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
*
Initiating and managing the early-stage prospect relationship, including setting up qualified meetings
*
Logging and managing activities in Salesforce CRM, including updating lead status, account data, and feedback from outreach
*
Tracking your performance by measuring daily/weekly activities and results
*
Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Sales and Inside Sales teams to ensure alignment
*
Learning and refining our sales and lead qualification process
*
Meeting or exceeding monthly targets for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced, but enthusiastic about building relationships and creating opportunities from the ground up. To be successful in this role, you should have:

A passion for new business sales and prospecting
*
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling IT technologies, solutions, or services
*
Proven experience with cold outreach and using LinkedIn for lead generation
*
A strong work ethic, able to deliver a high volume of daily activities while staying positive and proactive
*
A competitive, driven, and team-oriented mindset
*
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and other sales engagement tools
*
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and stay focused under pressure
*
A creative and strategic thinker who can adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
*
Fluency in German (written and spoken) – this is essential
*
Must be based in the UK – remote working available
